Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TeamForge.

TeamForge provides organization-based incentive, recognition, competition, leaderboard, prize-wheel, scratch-card and related management features.

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into TeamForge, the conduct of their administrators and users, and the rules, prizes, incentives and competitions they create.

Account credentials must be kept secure. Users may not attempt to interfere with the service, access another organization without authorization, misuse the service, or use TeamForge for unlawful activity.

Paid TeamForge access may be offered as a recurring subscription. Subscription price and billing frequency are displayed before payment approval. Customers authorize the selected payment provider to process recurring charges according to the selected plan.

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals according to the cancellation options available for their plan. Cancellation does not erase historical TeamForge records unless separately requested and legally appropriate.

TeamForge may change, improve, replace or discontinue individual features as the service develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Organizations remain responsible for complying with applicable employment, incentive, tax, prize, contest and workplace rules associated with programs they create using TeamForge.

Continued use of TeamForge constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms of Service.
