TeamForge collects information necessary to provide and secure the service.

This can include organization names, administrator and employee names, usernames, email addresses, competition groups, goals, scores, spins, prizes, comments, activity records, login information, audit history and technical information related to use of the service.

TeamForge uses this information to operate organization accounts, provide competitions and incentives, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, provide support and improve the service.

Payment approval is handled by the configured payment provider. TeamForge may store payment-provider customer, payer, plan or subscription identifiers needed to manage subscriptions, but TeamForge does not need to receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

TeamForge does not sell customer organization data to advertisers.

Organization administrators control the accounts they create for their organization and may have access to activity generated by those accounts.

Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for service operation, security, accounting, dispute resolution, historical contest records or legal obligations.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect TeamForge information, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
